Having a workforce that is a better representative of the business of the community will give the company access to a wider range of talent, which means the company has a greater chance of finding the right person for the company-new opening. In addition, a different workforce has been pointed out to improve productivity. Companies are able to succeed financially rather than with less diversity.
Also, strengthening a diverse and inclusive positive company culture stops employees from looking for work elsewhere and reduce staff turnover. The Harvard Business Review also found that team problems can be solved quickly. They are cognitively different. (Hanks, 2018)
